Its a great product overall and I would recommend it. Here are a couple of drawbacks that should not exist for the price. The interference-free claim works perfectly for the monitor but not for our Wi-Fi. Our fios signal is frequently dropped when the monitor is on and close to the laptop. The sound from the camera is only picked up and played by the monitor if it is above a certain decibel intensity. This is not mentioned in the manual. So its 'silent', with no low static noise as with other monitors, when on and hard to tell if its actually work. But it does work when the baby cries.
